I have completed 24 Physical Therapy sessions and knee injections for debilitating knee pain (bone on bone). Progress has been great with significant muscle redevelopment in legs, shoulders, and back. Pain when standing or sitting totally gone - used to need to rest. Pain when walking up to a mile or during therapy nearly gone. No longer planning on knee replacement this year only a month after knee injections and 2.5 mo Physical Therapy. Grade A thus far!

I am currently doing rehab therapy on my knee. I had an old running injury that turned into knee degradation. I typically favor my knee w/ a slight limp & low grade pain. No more high impact exercising. I have completed the initial PRP injections & currently doing rehab exercises & adjustments. Overall, my knee is feeling better & stronger. It was so interesting to realize the muscle atrophy on various parts of the knee & to feel it getting stronger!!

True Health has such a professional & knowledgeable environment! It is nice to have a well rounded facility that can do everything that is needed in one place. Ie. Medical, X-Ray, Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation. They are great with explaining what is happening in the body & have plenty of options on how to rehab the issue.

It is a good feeling to have hope that my knee can recoup & limping can be a thing of the past! Thank you True Health!

Loved this place. My Hubby n I did 6 weeks of physical therapy. We also did PRP injections. We found both of them honest, straight forward and accommodating with scheduling. Both of us feel so much better. I also think their pricing is fair. We are about 6 weeks out from our injections and both of us feel our area's injected, much improvement. Very much recommend, True Health.

Hoping to avoid knee replacement surgery, I began PRP therapy with physical therapy the next day. I felt significant relief right away. I have now completed treatment and continue physical therapy at home with Susan’s guidance. My knee pain has all but gone away completely, and I no longer feel the need for surgery! I highly recommend the team at True Health Medical San Diego.

I've been going to True Health Medical for four months. They integrate physical therapy in their treatments. They recently offered regenerative PRP treatments. After my first treatment, my constant lower back pain and stiffness was gone two days later. I'm amazed with the progress. Even after a hard days work my back is good and still pain free

Was recommended by a friend to come in and get a consult on my knee pain. Staff was great. Decided to get an injection the next day. Within 2 weeks, the pain was gone. This place is awesome. They combine multiple specialties under one office. They showed me some exercises the same day and even sent me home with a full rehab program since I'm not local.. Highly recommend!!

Yesterday was my first time in a year and a half that I was able to sprint/run during my shift at work! I did not realize that I was running until after it happened I was running to give some paperwork to my manager before he clocked out and left the building). I am so grateful for this progression! I’m truly grateful and appreciative for the help , healing and support I received from everyone at True Health Medical . I came into the office in a lot of pain in my heals, knees and lower back. I was at a point where the pain was becoming to much. The comprehension plan and approach they came up with got me out of pain and back to doing activities I love. I have been to several places that offer physical therapy services but wow this particular place was what I truly need they in my opinion actually care. I also tried PRP for my knees, heals and back I was blown away with the results. I would highly recommend True Health Medical Services if you suffer from any pain go see them you won’t be disappointed!

and real. There’s no pretense or stuffiness about them.
